PRICES OF LATEST HOME DESIGN SERVICES IN 2023
PAYMENT PERIOD
FIRST PHASE PAYMENT Customers pay Phase I 50% of the total design cost. You will receive all images describing the floor plan and interior details in the form of a conceptual design (as attached image).
PHASE 2 PAYMENT Customers pay phase II 30% of the total production design cost:
Three-dimensional (3D) model drawing. The 3D image of the building determines the height of the building, the shape of the building, and the style of the building.
5-minute video simulating project details inside and out (as attached image)
PHASE THREE PAYMENTCustomer makes Phase III Payment/Refund of 20% of total design cost for production:
Visual Image Smooth Rendering (Visual Final): exterior and interior
Construction drawings/Technical drawings as required by the implementation team/contractor/contractor as reference documents during the construction process (as attached image)
